a. Mentorship Program Refunds: We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:

i. Refund: You are eligible for a refund 45 days after the end of the class, provided you have implemented all the steps explained in the mentorship program. If you have followed our strategies and still have not made your first sale with our support, you may request a refund. To qualify, you must provide proof that all strategies have been implemented. Refunds will not be granted after this period or if you exceed the specified access limit. Refunds cannot be requested during live sessions or for cancellations made during the class.

ii. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@thinknscale.com. Include your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond promptly.

b. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
